Gather Magazine Article:

Clay in the Potter's hand

Faith, art, and divine creativity by Maggie Taylor

Take a look at Gather Magazine's article featuring a handful of the ELCA's artists. There's a face in there you know, complete with several quotes from at least one voice you might know.

If you aren't already subscribed to Gather Magazine, you can go here to do so. There are options for print, or just digital subscriptions.

It was an honor to be asked to contribute to this beautiful piece of writing and reflection!

This Fall:

Retreat at Holden Village!

I’m so excited to be Liturgist and one of the Artists in Residence at Holden Village this September for a retreat with Extraordinary Lutheran Ministries and Proclaim.  Queer Renewal: Wilderness & Homecoming will be a beautiful opportunity to connect, create, and thrive alongside a cadre of talented artists, theologians—and hopefully YOU. Can’t wait to see you there!

With over 20 years of experience at the intersections of ministry, communication, and community organizing, my work is rooted in the Holy Spirit and sacred noticing of who God envisions us to be. I dwell where artistry and faith meet, playing in mediums of transformation and connection.
